• Electical Design – Power distribution, instrumentation, controls and lighting design including all necessary calculations and code requirements such as energy code compliance forms.

• Plumbing Design – Sanitary water, domestic water and venting isometrics including all calculations.

• Acoustical Design – Sound transmission testing, existing conditions evaluation, new design analysis and noise / vibration assessment.

• Building Physics – Moisture / condensation migration analysis and heat transmission calculations.

• Energy Design – Energy audits, efficiency improvements and active / passive design consultation.

• Site Evaluation - We examine the site conditions, confirm utilities, review lease negotiations, suggest landlord clarifications and report our findings in a comprehensive analysis.

• Code Research - We review the program and other information furnished by the Owner and shall review laws, codes, and regulations applicable to the Architect’s services. 

• Schematic Design - We work with the client to develop a design that is functional, cost-effecient and designed specifically to the client's image and values.

• Permit and Construction Documents - Permit and construction documents are intended to obtain construction permits and bids. We assist the Client in connection with the Client’s responsibility for filing documents required for the approval of governmental authorities having jurisdiction over the project. They include architectural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing drawings needed to gain permits from the building, fire and health departments.
